Debra Stellato, Registered Dental Hygienist
Debra is a graduate of Westbrook College, Portland, ME as a Registered Dental Hygienist achieving high honors and elected Sigma Phi Alpha from the National Dental Hygiene Honor Society. She has a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Philosophy where she garnered the National Teachers of English award in Writing Excellence. Debra further studied Theology at St. Anselm College.
Her certifications include: local Anesthesia, Laser Therapy, Soft Tissue Management, Implant Maintenance, and certified American Red Cross BLS / Lifeguard and swim instructor.
Debra has been a serious amateur athlete competing in various sports including triathlons of varying distances. In her spare time she plays the piano, sews, practices yoga, and is an avid reader. From time to time she writes poetry and reviews books for a national literary magazine. She is a trained Home Health and Hospice volunteer, Eucharistic minister, and volunteers at St. Joseph Hospital as well as at a refugee dental clinic in Concord. Debra enjoys the company of her three daughters and two grandchildren.
Dr. Lyford creates energy and passion for dentistry in the Practice which I especially enjoy. He has an unquenchable thirst for knowledge always to the benefit of his patients – from a comfort to recovery standpoint using new techniques and technology. He is above the curve searching and attaining enhanced ways to care for his patients which transcends to my work. As Dr. Lyford encourages his staff to be the best they can, I think my extensive experience in the dental field, my own passion for health care, and life in general, complements the existing atmosphere of excellence in this Practice.
