Financial Guidelines

Your investment in dentistry is an ultimate investment to your well-being.

Ability to pay is of deep concern to many patients.  We, too, share in your concern and are prepared to offer a number of options so finances are not a barrier to your curative health.  All estimates are given and discussed confidentially prior to treatment.

INSURANCE ~ We will assist you in filing dental insurance forms. Please bring your insurance card and/or a completed insurance form to your first visit. We request payment at the time of service and have the insurance carrier reimburse the patient.

NON-INSURANCE ~ First Visit: New patients are expected to pay for their first visit at the time of service.

NON-INSURANCE ~ Established Account: Once a credit record is established payment is due on the date of treatment or before the next billing date (15th of each month).

PROSTHETIC TREATMENT ~ (Crowns, Bridges, Implants, TMJ appliances): Since we are on a cash basis with our laboratories a minimum fee will be due at the start of treatment. The balance is due upon completion of the treatment.  If necessary payments can be made up to 60 days from the start of treatment.

We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, and American Express as well as cash, check or bank card. We also offer Capital One financing options for extended payments.
